We are discontinuing these noodles. The remainder of our inventory has a best use by date of 8/31/23, which has already passed. They are still good to use, it's just that after that date the quality may start to slowly go down. We believe they should be good at least another 3 months (or more) past that date - it's not a safety issue but just about having the same quality as to taste, texture, etc.
