Our freeze dried ground beef is sourced from suppliers that have committed to exclude any mRNA vaccine use in their animal. It's fully cooked and lightly salted. Just add water and allow to fully rehydrate (about 10 minutes), yield is about 300% by weight (e.g. 1 ounce of dry yields 3 ounces hydrated meat). Note, the fat was removed after cooking, so the yield per dry ounce is likely closer to the equivalent of starting with 4 pounds of raw ground beef.
